Abstract: 

In the global age, professors provide less information and do as interpreters which their responsibility is creating proper scientific environment to understand scientific agendas respectively. In this order, the main goal of curriculum planers and programmers is designing proper educational programs. In this paper, the qualitative content analysis method with comparative approach has been used to study internationalizing approaches of high education curriculum in different countries and finally a proper model is recommended for Iran. Research sample includes universities and high education centers of countries such as USA, Canada and Australia which those have internationalized high education centers. Research sampling method was conducted as targeted sampling among countries which those have internationalized high education centers. Research findings include strategies, programs and activities for internationalizing curriculum and teaching and learning methods of high education in each country. Comparing strategies of USA, Canada and Australia indicated that the most important strategy of these countries was the internationalizing curriculum and learning methods and adding international content to existing curriculum and also changing physical place of professor and student without continuous interaction. Today's, priority is focused on internationalizing local and national curriculum in each country.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this pape is the presentatio of a comprehensive systcm (model) of effective training for the state prisons staff the from of this paper is an applied stady objectivehy and the collectin of data is mixed discover Statistical population was the state prisons staff and the statisttcd samples were 400 staff mcmbers, The data collection tool in this stady is a questionnaire with reliabitity component of the educational process have examined. The cronbach, s alpha coefficient formula was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire(a=., 82). content and face validity of the questionnaires were also assessed by reliabie scientific textabooks and viewpoints of experts and professors (by use of cvl and cvr formula). Finally, data analysis was don use of partial least squares (Lezrerl) software. Findings: after data analysis 5 components determined for assessmen of a comprehensive systcm (model) of effective training for the state prisons staff. Effectiveness components, in order of importance are. input6/20, out put 6/32, porss6/14, evalusan 6/38, Finally an assessment model for comprehensive system of effective training are about the goals, the componcrt and the model administrat mechanism hs offered.

Abstract: 

Education returns especially in distance education is more sensitive because of the questions raised about the quality of this courses. On this basis, this paper examines the rate of education returns in distance education courses held in Payame Noor university. Research method was descriptive – correlation and the rate of education returns has calculated using the standard Minser model with regard to control variables including gender and type of marriage. Panel data techniques has been used for estimation regression. The statistical population of the study includes all distance education courses held in Payame Noor university from the beginning of 2011 to the end of 2015. The results show that the relation between the rate of return on educational and the individual’ s income is positive and meaningful and there is a meaningful relationship between the rate of return in distance learning courses with gender and marriage, and also results show that the education return in women is higher than man and education return in marrieds is higher than singles.

Abstract: 

One of the factors affecting psycho-emotional in the workplace and educational environments, that less considered its existence and personal and organizational negative effects, is mobbing (psychological terror). Mobbing is psycho-emotional activities with verbal and behavioral manifestations, in which a person (mobbing agent) have such behavior aim that other party (the victim of mobbing) placed in unsafe conditions, and sometimes he/she had to leave the organization. The aim of this scientific-review study, descriptive type, based on library approach is by investigating global theoretical and field studies, define mobbing and its steps and dimensions; consider associated factors (antecedents and consequences of mobbing); present the most important designed models, developed a comprehensive model of factors associated with mobbing, and finally solutions for managing and decreasing mobbing. Results of this study show that in educational and work environments, mobbing behaviors include 7 different dimensions, effective factors and destructive consequences (personal, job, organizational, mental-social) that necessity of knowing and managing them, oblige doing field and native exact studies in every special educational and work environments. Promoting coaching, citizenship behaviors, organizational transparency, work-professional ethics, spiritual and emotional intelligence, conflict and team dynamics management are solutions for decreasing mobbing and synergistic practices in line with achievement of personal and organizational goals.

Abstract: 

This study aims to identify the relationship between social capital and quality of work life with moderating of social popularity in faculty members of Lorestan University. The study population included all faculty members of Lorestan University that their number was over 254. In order to select the sample, 148 individuals through krejcie and Morgan table, using stratified sampling method was selected. To collect the data, the three forms of social capital questionnaire, social popularity and quality of work life that the validity and reliability were acceptable, were used. In order to analyze the basic hypothesis of the research, structural equation model using SPSS and LISREL, were analyzed. The results show that social capital between faculty members and their quality of work life is a positive relationship; this relationship has a moderator variable as social popularity. In other words, social popularity increasing the work life quality of faculty members and developed relationship between social capital and quality of their work life of faculty members as a moderator.

The main purpose of this study was to assessing training conceptual model based on learning organization, create of training model and assessing relationships between individual and organizational factors with training effectiveness of the employees and effectinness. Method: This research is a mix method survey study and donig Structural equation modeling, factor analysis that was done in Three large factories in 2013-2015. In this study, cluster sampling was used with proportional allocation and finally were selected 1719 exert and technician employees with random sampling method of 3 cement companies with production 10 tones and answered to standardized questionnaires with Likert scale; Self-efficacy attitude, trust, perception, content training, organizational cultur, organization’ s Support, policy support, Identity andenvironmental adaptation factors. questionare 94 reviwe and fainal questionare was 72 of items and indicators 12. Results: There are a significant correlation between the Individual and organizational factors; Training Effectiveness toward the learning organization. individual factors: content training (β =0. 74), trust (β =0. 62), perception (β =0. 68), self efficacy (β =0. 43)and Organizational factors; Organizational culture (β =0. 83), organizational struture (β =0. 75), management style(β =0. 73), identity(β =0. 60), environment adaptation(β =0. 76), policy(β =0. 68). Conclusion: Individual factors in learning organization is a key factor in creating self-development in training while organizational factors have an important role in increasing the tendency to perform self – development in Training. Managers by having the belief in the value of developing, supporting evidence and clear and strengthening information sharing can lead to increase employees’ intention for organization development.

Abstract: 

Today, despite the technology of the schools and growth and advancement of technology, the role of management, efficiency and performance evaluation as a vital and strategic factor in the survival of the organization is evident. Schools performance Evaluation and, consequently, schools management is one of the complex issues in education, which has been underestimated. In the past studies in this area, less can be achieved through an objective study, which results in the evaluation and ranking of schools efficiency and presentation of the school performance score. Hence, the researchers use non-convex data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the efficiency of schools. This model is able to present a score of school performance and rank them and due to the use of mathematical modeling, it is valid. Therefore, in this paper, the researcher presents a mathematical model for high school performance efficiency in Rostam city. In this descriptive study, 15 Rostam High Schools were evaluated. Then, by using the views of Education specialists, the schools input and output indicators are extracted and the data envelopment analysis model (FDH) is designed. The model is solved with the GAMS software and the results are presented. The results show, 10 high schools were efficient and 5 are inefficient. Finally, we also analyze the results and rank the effective units.

Abstract: 

Increasing competitiveness in higher education leads to profound differences among the educational institutions and fundamental discussions arises in this context, and each of them play an important role in applying information and communication technologies in universities which among them we can refer to quality of teaching, effectiveness, cost, multi-service. The aim of this study was to evaluate and prioritize the impact of ICT components in improving the quality of higher education in Iran. This paper in term of field data collection is a survey research and in terms of purpose is an applied research with descriptive nature. The students and professors from universities in the city of Bushehr, the sample was stratified random sampling method and the number of 602 students & techer were selected. The research tool is a questionnaire that its validity by studying the resources of experienced instructor's tastings comments regarding the discussion of education owner and the test via Cronbach's alpha was calculated  =. /89 The results are based on one-sample t-tests, ANOVA, and factor analysis showed that the impact of ICT on planning and evaluation was more than other variables. Also taking into account the variable respondents, higher average students improve planning and evaluating the impact of information technology in their courses then teachers.

Abstract: 

The main aim of this study is the surveying of the relationship between organizational structure (complexity, formalization, and centralization) and job motivation of Bid Boland Gas Company employees'. Statistical population of this research is consist of 291 Bid Boland Gas Company employees' in 1392 that among them 165 employee were selected through cluster random sampling. The tools of this research included Robbins complexity questionnaire (1987), Haig and Icon Formalization questionnaire (1969), Robbins centralization questionnaire (1987) and Robinson job motivation questionnaire (2004). In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. At the descriptive level, parameters such as frequency, percentage, mean and graph and at the level of inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and Ata coefficient were used. Results showed that there is significant relation between organizational structure, formalization and centralization with job motivation. Results also showed that there is significant relation between marital statuses with job motivation, but there is no significant relation between gender, age, experience and education with job motivation.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to provide a model for risk management based on the Human Resources Maturity Levels and Education Quality of the South Pars Gas Complex Company. The population of the study in qualitative part includes academic experts and senior managers of the country's oil and gas industry. Among them, the sample was selected according to purposive sampling and 10 person’ s saturation method. The second group of the study population includes All employees of the South Pars gas complex. The sample size of 180 was selected by multilevel random sampling method. Data collection was done by library method, semi-structured interviews (qualitative part) and questionnaire (quantitative part) was used. Interviews with experts indicate that the interview was valid and for measuring the reliability, the method of between two coders was used. the results indicated that the interviews were valid and reliable. For measuring the questionnaires’ validity, the face, content and construct validity were measured and for measuring the questionnaires’ reliability, Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient and combination reliability were used. the results indicated that the researched made questionnaire was valid and reliable. Data analysis was done thrugh content analysis. According to the study research questions, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution tables and charts) and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling, exploratory factor analysis and one sample t-test) were used In quantitative part using SPSS and Lisrel soft wares. The results of the study indicated that the components of educational quality improvement include individual (0. 78), organizational (0. 80) and educational (0. 84) and maturity include individual (0. 65), organizational (0. 66) and educational (0. 75), the PCMM levels Introductory (0. 83), managed (0. 83), Predicted (0. 87), divined (0. 48) and optimized (0. 29) and risk management components innovation (0. 67), Risky environment (0. 73), Management Risk (0. 84), Efficiency of the board (0. 67) and finally Integrated risk management (0. 65) Also, education quality improvement (0. 44) and human resources capabilities maturity levels (0. 41) had an significant impact on risk management; based on the identified components, model was proposed that fitted well.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship (determine the relationship) between the Human Resources management Function (including Recruitment, extensive training, internal mobility, security of personnel, clear job description, compensation and participation) with elements of job burnout among high school managers in Kurdistan province. The research approach is quantitative and its strategy was Descriptive. The study sample consisted of managers in high schools of Kurdistan province that was336 peopel. 179 managers were determined by Cochran’ s sample size formula. The random method used to selection of sample people. The tolls of Data collection are including two standard questionnaires: ( HRF) and (MBI). In analyzing the data, Pearson correlation and multiple regression was used. The results show that the relationship between the dimensions of Human Resources Function and individual performance factors explain there. This means that poor Human Resources Functioning components have been caused by low levels of personal performance (in the intensity and frequency). Between Human Resources Function and emotional destruction of the frequency components in the control component of α = 0. 05 in a positive sense. This means that the poor performance of the Management mentioned components will lead to depersonalization and strong performance boost. Relation between emotional responses to the emotional intensity decay component (a negative correlation) is significant.

Abstract: 

The main objective of this paper is to examine the antecedents of work-based professional development of teachers in order to create a proper conceptual framework and developing the theoretical basis in this field. The qualitative research was conducted. Targeted approaches participants (17 people) and among university professors, experts, departments, Director of Education and teachers in Tehran were selected to achieve theoretical saturation. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and in-depth. Data analysis using inductive content analysis technique (open coding, axial and selective) were studied. The results showed that factors contributing to the professional development of teachers based on cooperation include: 1) management agent with the categories of "knowledge in the field of teamwork", "professional ethics", "belief in teamwork" and "support", 2) Operating structural categories "basic requirements (facilitators / support)" and "process requirements (decision-making, control and relations)", 3) cultural factor in the concept of "values and norms", "common goals and missions" and " spirit of collectivism "and 4) the categories of teachers 'behavior and personality characteristics", "collective thinking and executive fields' and 'communication skills' are.

Abstract: 

The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between structural model of relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitmen with knowledge sharing behavior: The mediation of organizational culture and organizational Health among Second High school Teachers in Isfahan. The method was a correlation and sample all of the city's second high school teachers in the school year 3016 93-1392 which they were formed. Sample size based on the sampling table krejcie & Morgan(1970) 340 patients with multi-stage random sampling method were determined. The research instruments included a questionnaire with 48 questions of organizational trust Alvnn et al (2008), a 24-item Organizational Commitment Questionnaire Allen and Meyer (1990), 38-item questionnaire Denison Organizational Culture (2000), Organizational Health Questionnaire 35-item Golparvar (1388) and 7-item questionnaire knowledge sharing, Wong (2008) has been. Data by (Pearson correlation, the structural equation model) analysis was. The findings of this study showed that organizational trust and organizational culture have a significant relationship with knowledge sharing behavior (p<0. 01), while no significant relationship was found between organizational commitment and organizational health and knowledge sharing behavior. Therefore, organizational culture and organizational health play a mediating role between organizational trust and knowledge sharing. So that organizational culture and organizational health variables, organizational commitment and knowledge sharing between the two variables do not mediate.

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتبار سنجی مدل مدیریت عملکرد اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه کابل و به روش ترکیبی(کیفی و کمی) در بخش کیفی با روش تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی از روش همبستگی انجام شده است. به منظور اطمینان روایی و اعتبار دسته بندی یافته ها و گویه های پرسشنامه گزارش نهایی با سه نفر از مصاحبه شوندگان و سه نفر از اساتید همکار و دونفر دانشجویان دکتری مدیریت آموزشی و برنامه ریزی توسعه آموزش عالی و پایایی ابزار با استفاده از آلفای کرانباخ با مقدار 94/0 انجام گردیده، نظریات و پیشنهادات آنها در نهایی کردن گزارش و طراحی مدل لحاظ شده است. جمع آوری داده ها در مرحله نخست به روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 20 نفر از خبرگان و صاحب نظران دانشگاه کابل و در مرحله دوم اجرای پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در سطح نزده دانشکده انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی با شناسایی و دسته بندی مقوله ها و مضامین، از دل داده های مصاحبه چند مؤلفه از مدیریت عملکرد اعضای هیئت علمی بدست آمد که شامل پنج مؤلفه و مقوله کلی در قالب مدل پارادایمی از جمله شرایط و عوامل تأثیر گذار فردی، شرایط و عوامل سازمانی(دانشگاه) در مورد کار و فعالیت هیئت علمی، ابعاد و جنبه های فعالیت و عملکرد اعضای هیئت علمی، شرایط و عملکرد مسئولان وزارت و دانشگاه، استراتژی بر بهبود عملکرد اعضای هیئت علمی، نتایج و پیامدها (درون دانشگاهی: (فرایند یاددهی-یادگیری و بیرون دانشگاهی: پاسخگویی به نیازهای جامعه)، چگونگی و فرایند مدیریت عملکرد اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه کابل و روابط میان ابعاد و مؤلفه های مختلف آن بدست آمده است. در گام دوم تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش در قالب تحلیل معادلات ساختاری و لیزرل انجام شده است. نتایج شاخص های برازش مدل معادلات ساختاری پژوهش حاکی از آن است تمامی شاخص ها و همچنین متغیر های پیش بین 60 درصد واریانس متغیرهای وابسته را تبیین نموده اند. این مدل به دلیل انطباق آن با یافته های حاصل از تحلیل کیفی؛ مدل اولیه؛ در حد بسیار مطلوب گزارش شده اند و مدل با داده ها برازش خوبی دارد و بیانگر این است که رابطه خطی بین متغیرها وجود دارد.
