A brief review on the literature of entrepreneurship reveals that due to the economic approaches, entrepreneurship is setting forth to find out new ways to maximize the benefit and income. At the other hand, social organizations must also use this concept to undergo changes in their old structures. So, it is obvious that using this concept in non-economical sectors is in need of a different approach. For this reason, this article seeks to overview the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and differentiates its economical and social approaches in order to achieve its social grounds. In addition, by exploring its typology and presenting a new model of entrepreneurship, this article criticizes the traditional view held toward private institutions and organizations.
