THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT, JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTUNETHICAL BEHAVIORS WITH THE ROLE OF PROTESTOPPORTUNITY TO INJUSTICE

Abstract

 This research was administered with the aim of studying the moderating role of INJUSTICE PROTEST OPPORTUNITY in relationship between PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT, JOB SATISFACTION and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT with UNETHICAL BEHAVIORS. Research statistical population was the employees’ of an industrial company, among them 263 employees were selected via stratified random sampling. Research instrument consisted of: Researcher made questionnaires of INJUSTICE PROTEST OPPORTUNITY to injustice, UNETHICAL BEHAVIORS and PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT, JOB SATISFACTION questionnaire (Spector, 1985) and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT questionnaire (Speier & Venkatesh, 2002). Data were analyzed with the use of Pearson’s correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis. Findings showed that: 1. There is positive significant relationship between INJUSTICE PROTEST OPPORTUNITY with PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT and JOB SATISFACTION, but there is negative significant relation between protest opportunity with UNETHICAL BEHAVIORS (P<0.01). 2. Results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that protest opportunity has been moderate the relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTs with UNETHICAL BEHAVIORS That is, when protest opportunity is high; there is negative significant relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT with UNETHICAL BEHAVIORS.
