STRUCTURAL MODELS OF THE CONGRUENT EFFECTS OF PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE ON ORGANIZATIONAL SATISFACTION DIMENSIONS

Abstract

 This research was administered with the aim of studying the structural models of organizational justice with outcome, supervisor and MANAGEMENT SATISFACTION. On the basis of this aim, from the statistical population which was the sum of organizations and industries in Isfahan city, 315 persons were selected using two stages sampling. The research method was co relational and the research instruments consisted of: three questionnaires for assessment of organizational justice) Golparvar et al, 1386), and three questionnaires for assessment of OUTCOME SATISFACTION, SUPERVISOR SATISFACTION (Colquitt, 2001) and MANAGEMENT SATISFACTION (Johnson et al, 2006). Data were analyzed with the use of Pearson's correlation coefficient and structure equation modeling. Results showed that there were positive significant relationships between three dimensions of organizational justice and outcome, supervisor and MANAGEMENT SATISFACTION (P<0.01). Structure equation modeling showed that only there were unidirectional relationships between distributive and procedural justice with OUTCOME SATISFACTION, between relational justice with SUPERVISOR SATISFACTION and between distributive and relational justice with MANAGEMENT SATISFACTION.
